Single-Queue System, instead of standing in line

 

As the only Environmentally Certified Company within its field, Nemo-Q is proud to present the Single-Queue system. This system has been created to serve businesses with fast customer flows where all the customers have the same type of errand, for example payment at a cashier, registration at a reception or check-in at an airport. Ticket numbers are not necessary since your customers through the help of displays and a speaking voice, receive a reference to the next available cashier or counter. Naturally you also have the possibility to combine this system with digital signage.

 

Function

-          A stand-alone control unit with no necessary configuration or controlling by a PC makes the single-queue system easily installed as well as efficient.

-          A main display with the workspace number, reference arrow and synthetic speech shows the customer what site is vacant.

-          The workspace number above the calling workspace flashes when the employee presses hers/his number calling unit, to further facilitate for the customer to find its way. The time interval of the flash is of course adjustable.

-          A signal out to be able to connect to different types of systems for digital signage.

 

System

-          Controller unit ACP with a contact for RS232-communication to an external unit as for example digital signage, as well as two RJ45-contacts for connecting displays and sound.

-          Single-Queue number calling units with the possibility of having a personal design in the form of for example your logos and your own colors. The units are connected by cable and therefore do not need batteries.

-          TCD displays for workspaces and reference with adjustable flash times and arrow settings.

-          Sound unit that can manage your choice of sound or language, for example”next vacant cashier number 2”.
