NQVoice, TTS-System
A system built to say anything, in any language, at any time. Based on
TTS-technology (text-to-speech), NQVoice gives you the flexibility to
use free written text combined with queue system variables to create any
message composititon.
In a step to strengthen our product portfolio and to increase customer
value management (CRM) we are launching NQVoice TTS-System
(text-to-speech). With the new TTS technology, we have virtually no
limitations in the configuration of the system. The actual voices come
in both male and female, in a wide variety of languages and dialects.
These are supplied directly online. When configuring a voice you can
adjust speed, pitch and even play with custom pronunciations. Linking
the speech to different events in the queue system couldnt be easier. A
simple to navigate tree structure lets you find the exact event you want
to trigger on or perhaps designate all cashiers to talk when forwarding
a customer.
Using free written text and variables from the queuing system lets you
compose any type of message for any event. You can use multiple
languages and male/ female compositions in the same system. Greet your
customers with their chosen language directly in the touch screen kiosk
upon their arrival. Call customers by their names, mobile numbers,
booking numbers, etc. Tell the customer to wait in the lobby, on a
different floor, in another building, etc. Use the system to inform
personnel about the queue status.
