A queuing system with personal service!

To further improve and make your service more effective you have the option to control your queuing system through a floorwalker, in other words a real person who helps with organizing the queue lines. The customer states it’s errand to the floorwalker and then receives a ticket number for the appropriate queue in the queuing system, and is then able to have a seat and wait their turn.

The floorwalker controls the entire customer flow via an iPod or iPad which is integrated to the queuing system. This person then controls what queue the customers should be placed in depending on type of errand, staff availability and on the customer recipients various qualifications. The floorwalker had full control regarding the amount of customers, vacant cashiers, statistics and other things that can facilitate the customer flow and work environment.
