The wardrobe unit Item no. 11060

The unit is connected to a 230 volt outlet in the staffed wardrobe. When the wardrobe is closed, the unit is usable as for example a lunch, bistro or entrance system. The system has a battery backup and remembers time, date, text, statistics, daylight savings time as well as leap years.

 

The wardrobe staff presses the desired button, for example 1 garment, and 2 tickets will be dispensed with the following information:
- Current date and time
- Price incl. VAT
- Your own personal advertisement with text and logos. NOTE! No pre-programming is fixed.

 

The unit can be equipped with up to 15 different buttons that can be divided into 5 sections. The most commonly used system has 7 buttons.

 

You can press the statistics button at any point in time during the evening and receive a ticket showing the following information:
- Time
- Amount/Category
- Price per item
- Price total
- VAT etc.
 
On the ticket dispenser the customer selects the service/customer group for which they wish to get in line; by pressing an ordinary button, a touch screen and/or a card reader.

As an additional option there is an avatar function available with language and sign interpretation.

 

All ticket dispensers can be equipped with card readers (smart card and/or magnetic card). In customer arenas where safety requirements are high, a smart card reader can be used along with fingerprint or eye scanners.

Areas of use for identity detectors are for example:
- Priorities within the queuing system
- Analyses of the customers identity and arrival time
- The customers information is prepared and ready when the customer is received
- The customer can be welcomed by name of the number ticket
- The customer can be called by name or other text on displays, TV-screens, Computer screens etc.
